P. Railway Company lands, in
said Pecos County, Texas.

fied that the lands proposed to be
irrigated are as follows: ‘120
acres in Survey No. 210, Block
3, T & P Railway Co lands; 380
acres in Survey No. 35, Block
121, G. C. & S. F. Railway
Company lands: 422 acres, in
Block No. 36, do; 160 acres in
Survey No. 37 do; all aggrega-
ting 1,082 acres and situated in
