Upon all Cotton returned from the ship, double
drayage will be charged to the shipper, and any labor
that may be incurred.
For delivery of cotton from wharf to wharf, a charge
of 5 cents, and when it stays over night at our risk,
20 cents per bale.
All Cotton shipped at a less rate of Freight than %
cent will beconsiderea as un-compressed.
Shippers will be charged with the Drayage to vessel
on all un-compressed Cotton, if not delivered within
three days of the receipt of the same.
