TRUST SALE.
On the First Tuesday ix April, 1861
in front of the Court House door in the
city of San Antonio, between the lawful
hours, I shall seü at public outcry to the
highest bider for cash, a stock numbering
nine hundred' and seventy-nine head «1
sheep and one hundred and fifty-tw o head
of Goats and their increase since the 9th
oay of July 1859, or so much thereof, oí
either or both as may be n<?eef*ary.
Said sale being made in accordance
with the provisions of a certain De. d of
Trust, executed by Jesse Boring toR. J
Jones and S. C. Childress, trustees, Tig
nal Jones cestinque trust, dated the
day of September 1S59 and recorded in
the records of Atascosa county in lioOk A
No. 1, pages Nos. 324 «V H2f>—to secure
the payment of a certain promissory note
drawn by said Boring in favor of paid
Jones for 1541 60-RO Dollars with lOpr.
ot, interest thereon fiom the Oth dsyof
July 1859 Said Deed of Trust convey-
ing all the stock of Sheep and Goats at
that time on said Boring's Ranch in Atas-
cosa county, numbering 979 head of Sheep
and 153 head of Goats being the same lot
purchased by Boring from Tign al Jones
on the Oth day of July 1850, and au-
thorizing and empowering the said Jones
and Childress or either one of them to
make this sale.

Amanda his wife, conveying the rem estate
herein after deserll ed to secure the pay-
ment to J. Field of their certain promis-
sory note for $500 in! said deed setjforth.
I will sell at pnblic vendue to. the highest
bidder for cash at the Courthouse door in
the City ojf Sau Antonio, within lawful
hours on Saturday the 30th day of March
1801—the following real estate to-wit—a
lot of ground lying ami being in the city
of Sau Antonio, Bexar County,Texas, on
the east side of conception ditch and be-
tween the ditch and conception road oppo-
site lot of F. W. Poppey, with a front of
120 varas on said road and ditch and a
depth of 60 varas, being the lot conveyed
to said Rossy by G. Freisleben by deed
dated 9th Feb, *1-00, and constituting the
inmestad of said Rossy subject only to
