West Virginia, Connmmnding Cfllcers of Reigi1ments, Posts, and D)etached
Coimpnies, will .e that their comanlids are regularly drilled at i:he desig-
nated hours : one drill a day w 'I1 e mounted, and the other d;smiunted.
The almn will be occasionally exei csed in target practice, under the p:'oper
regulations.
Comunanding Cfficers of Posts will assemble their officers, and Command-
ing Cflicers of Companies their non-comnumssioned cficers, at least twice a
week, fir schools of' instruction.
The troops at every Post will be drilled by their C(ommanding (Iflicer at
each (ffi(ial visit of the Iliga, hInspector, who is hereby ordered to note and
report the proficiency and improvement shown.
