Ada, O.—At the commencement
exreises at the Ohio Normal Uni-
versity here several students were
injured as the result of a row be-
tween junior and senior students,
They Struck It Rich.
It was a grand thing for this com-
munity that such an enterprising
firm as Paul Breymann secured the
agency for Dr. King's New Discov-
ery for Consumption, the woudeis
ful remedy that has startled the
world by its marvellous cures. The
furor of enthusiasm over it has
boomed their business, as the de-
mand for it is immense, They giv^
free trial bottles to sufferers, and
positively guarantee it to cure Colds
Coughs, Bronchitis,Asthma, Croup
and all Throat and Lung troubles.
A trial proves its merit. Price 50c
and $1.00.
New Orleans, La.—The Gardner
Motor Works were struck by
ligKt^iing Monday night, July 15th
and destroyed. Lost to building,
machinery and amounts, to about
1150,000. -
Astounded the Editor.
Editor S. A. Brown of Bennetts-
ville, S. C., was once immensely
surprised. "Through long suffer-
ing from .Dyspepsia," he writes,
"my wife was greatly run down.
She had no strength or vigor and
suffered great distress from her
stomach, but she tried Electric Bit-
ters which helped her at once, and
after using four bottles, she is en-
tirely well, can eat anything. It's
a grand tonic, and its gentle laxa-
tive qualities are splendid for tor-
pid liver." For Indigestion, Loss
of Appetite, Stomach and Liver
troubles it's a positive, guaranteed
cure. Only 50c at Paul Breymann's
drug store.
Chicago, 111.—The stationary
firemen employed in Chicago's 32
large breweries struck Monday.
The walk out resulted in a com-
plete tie up.of the beer making in-
dustry throughout the city. Six
of the breweries affected signed
the union agreement that night.
To SavirHer Child
From frightful disfigurement
Mrs, Nannie Galleger of LaGrange,
Ga.,applied Bucklen's Arnica Salve
to great sores on her head and face,
and writes its quick cure exceeded
all her hopes. It works wonders
in Sores, Bruises, Skin Eruptions,
Cuts, Burns, Scalds and Piles. 25c.
Cure guaranteed by Paul Brey-
mann, druggist.
Tien Tsin.—The miilitary com-
manders have directed the provis-
ional.Government of Tien Tsin to
undertake the destruction of the
Taku forts, and the Governmet has
promised to comply on receipt of a
militray guard to protect the work-
men engaged in the task.

venient chill tonic on earth. Can

strikers who were adjudged guilty
of contempt of court in having
violate'd an injunction restraining
them from "serenading" non-union

Chancellor Piney in chancery
chambers.N The papers call for
the commitment of eight persons,
two men and six girls.
