Speaker School Improves Its
Instructional Program Through
Faculty In-Service Meetings
Every school should be in search of
new methods to improve its teaching
staff. Regardless of the excellence of
the work in teacher training institutions,
each school needs a good In-Service
Program for continued professional
growth of its own teachers.
The Speaker Elementary staff firmly
believes this. This picture was taken
immediately after one of the in-service
meetings in an area of Language Arts.
As a means of improving the cur-
ricula activities, the school principal
and staff have planned several in-ser-
vice programs to cover all major sub-
ject areas in the Elementary School.
