The Texas Racing Commission adopts the
repeal of 309.200, without changes to the
proposed text as published in the June 15,
1990, issue of the Texas Register (15
TexReg 3467).
The section is repealed because it is redun-
dant of requirements contained in other rules
of the commission; the repeal of the section
will ensure the commission's rules are inter-
nally consistent and nonrepetitive.
The section prohibited an association from
permitting the sale of published racing selec-
tions or tip sheets on association grounds
without approval of the commission.
No comments were received regarding repeal
of the section.
