Sunday 13th Aug 1871 at Buckhorn Charles Camp Rickens Co Chickasaw Nation I wrote a pencil letter day before yesterday and sent it to Sherman by Mr R. Y. Mangum. Started to write it up Journal fashion but had to bob off short. Well I cant now get time to finish out re-win journal style but will bring up but two of the main points.
