Baked Cranberry !'udding
(Serves 8-!0)
2 cups Hour
! cup sugar
2% teaspoons
3 tablespoons

1 egg
2 cups cranberries
Sift together dry ingredients
in mixing bowl. Add shortening,
eggs and milk. Beat 2 minutes.
Stir in cranberries. Bake in
greased 9-inch square pan in
moderate (350"F.) oven for 40
minutes. Serve hot with sauce
made by melting % cup butter;
add ! cup sugar and % cup
tight cream. Mix well and
cook over hot water for about
5 minutes.
