here. Mr. Bennett and onr

That plaintiff and defendant were law-
fully married in the State and county
aforesaid on the fourth day of August. A.
D.. 1876. That they lived and. cohabited
together as husband and wife until the
fifteenth day of August. A. D. 1878. that

any cause he the said John Harvey left
