tried for aggravated assault and battery
on Nellie Hamilton. Stuart gave leg bail,
but was arrested by Mr. Saui. January,
Deputy Slientf, at the Junction on the Tap
Kailroad, and safely lodged in jail, lie was,
when caught, found behind n liale of cotton.
On Tuesday, Kelly was found guilty of
burglary, and sentenced to three years in
the. I'enitentiary. This is the case we lie-
