Public Hearing
The Texas Housing Agency (THA) will hold a public
hearing at 10 a m on Monday, November 26, 1984, in
the conference room, Suite 700, 411 West 13th Street,
Austin, with respect to its annual policy statement on
mortgage revenue bonds and mortgage credit certificates
The annual poltc statement contains a statement of the
policies to be followed by the THIA in the issuance of
mortgage revenue bonds and mortgage credit certificates,
and an assessment of compliance by the THA during the
preceding one-year period with the intent of ( ongress that
state and local governments use their authority to issue
mortgage revenue bonds aind mortgage credit certificates
to the greatest extent feasible (taking into account prevail-
ing interest rates and conditions in the housing market)
to assist lowe income families to afford home owner-
sh,p before assisting higher income families
All interested persons are ri cited to attend such public
hearing to express their iews with respect to the annual
policy slatementii and the information contained therein
