Monday, May 7, 1979, 9 a.m. The Oil and Gas Division of
the Railroad Commission of Texas made an emergency addi-
tion to the agenda of a meeting held in the 10th floor con-
ference room of the E. O. Thompson Building, 10th and Col-
orado, Austin. The addition concerned the consideration of
final rules under the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978. This
matter was posted for open meeting on April 30, 1979, and
was continued as a matter of urgent public necessity due to
its impact on gas supplies for public use.
