•Shad Eugene White, 36, Canadian
04/12/08, evading arrest or detention with a
vehicle and driving while intoxicated, $5,000

Tuesday, July B
•5:38 a.m., caller reported two young boys
approximately 11-13 years old walking around
the high school and Baker Elementary. Depu-
ty responded and made contact with subjects.
Wednesday, July 9
•1:36 p.m., caller reported 2 boys shooting
a BB gun near his house on Mobeetie.
•1:42 p.m., caller reported 2 elderly people
walking 2 miles south of Canadian and re-
quested a welfare check. Deputy could not lo-
cate. Later in the day another caller reported
the couple and deputy located subjects under
the bridge. Subjects stated they didn't want or
need any help.
•3:13 p.m., caller reported a tree across
Highway 277.
•4:08 p.m., caller reported a white pickup
pulling a trailer traveling at a high rate of
speed.
• 7:47 p.m., caller stated he and his wife
were arguing and he wanted to leave but she
had all of the money. Caller also stated wife
had been drinking. Deputies responded and
the female was transported to get a room at
a motel.
•8:03 p.m., caller requested an ambu-
lance.
Thursday, July ID
•3:05 p.m., caller requested a deputy to re-
spond due to her son was being threatened by
his girlfriend's parents.
•3:59 p.m., caller stated she though the
four children under 6 years of age across the
street were left home alone. Deputy respond-
ed and found adult neighbor was watching the
children.
•4:26 p.m., caller requested an ambulance
for a man having seizures.
•4:35 p.m., caller reported a maroon pick-
up driving all over Highway 60,1.5 miles west
of Miam Deputy located subject who stated
he was having trouble with his trailer.
•8:23 p.m., caller reported a dead deer in
the north bound lane of Highway 83 and Ex-
hibition Road.
•11:18 p.m., caller stated he was following
a car that was swerving across the lines on
Highway 60. Deputy located subject who was
found to have a nose bleed.
Fr day, July II
•6:07 a.m., caller stated his wife was hav-
ing trouble breathing and requested an am-
bulance.
•12:03 p.m., caller reported elderly man
and woman walking with garbage bags. El-
derly couple ended up at F irst United Method-
ist Church who informed deputies the subjects
need a room and were heading to Perry ton.
•6:19 p.m., caller reported a white Chevy
car speeding down the street and almost
hitting a little girl on her bike. The subject
swerved and took out the stop sign on the corn
of 6th and Washita
•9:54 p.m., 911 call came n and could not
hear anyone on the line. Upon callback, could
hear 2 women yelling at each other. Deputies
responded.
•10:20 p.m., caller stated she was receivi-
ng harrassing text messages from a female
subject.
•10:45 p.m., caller stated that a friend had
called and stated that a man was n front of
caller's front yard with his pants down. Dep-
uty responded and advised subject not to do
it again.
•11:19 p.m., caller complained a party was
getting too loud.
Saturday, July 12
•12:29 a.m., caller stated a customer
stopped in the south Allsups and reported a
vehicle driving on the wrong side of Highway
60, south of Canadian.
•6:45 a.m., caller reported a lady by the
airport having car trouble.
9:24 a.m., caller reported a small blue car
had spun out of control and ended up in a bar
ditch on Highway 60.
•11:08 a.m., caller stated she was trying to
contact her daughter and requested a deputy
check on her. Deputy did not locate subject.
•12:00 p.m., OnStar reported a 2-vehicle
accident on Highway 60 approximately 3
miles east of the Y.
•9:17 p.m., caller complained of loud music
coming from the pavil ion.
•9:28 p.m., caller stated that a black Dodge
Durango with Oklahoma tags had passed
them and almost hit a herd of cattle.
•10:20 p.m., caller stated a skunk went into
a neighbor's backyard.
•10:22 p.m., caller complained of loud mu-
sic coming from the pavilion.
Sunday, July 13
•2:38 a.m., caller stated he had just hit a
deer about 12 miles south of Canadian.
•5:15 a.m., 911 caller stated he swerved to
miss a deer and rolled his car into a pasture.
Driver and passenger complained of injuries.
•7:29 a.m., 911 caller stated he was en-
route to Miami with a subject that was having
a heart attack.
•1:48 p.m., caller stated she and her hus-
band were trying to move out of a house and
her father was yelling and throwing things.
• 4:26 p.m., caller stated he was on High-
way 60/83 and had a blow out that took out a
road sign.
Monday, July 14
•1:04 a.m., caller stated when she came
home there were kids n the Houston Street
Park.
•9:05 a.m., Lifeline reported a female had
fallen and needed help up.
•11:58 a.m., Lipscomb County requested
an ambulance for a lady who had passed-out
n Higgins.
•4:40 p.m., deputy was advised of a report
of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident.
•7:17 p.m., deputies responded to an alarm
at Taylors.
•8:17 p.m., caller stated there was a pickup
that left the Canadian Courts with 4 adults
and 1 child.
•10:27 p.m., caller stated she was watching
neighbors house and noticed the garage door
was open and a light was on.
•11:03 p.m., caller stated there were some
oilfield vehicles blocking his driveway.
•11:16 p.m., caller stated he had run out of
diesel in his truck.
The Sheriff's Department responded to 2
calls requesting a vehicle unlock and 7 calls
regarding loose farm animals.
Who let the dogs out?
•Thursday, July 10, 8:44 p.m., caller stat-
ed she had a white Pit Bull that was friendly
penned in her back yard.
•Sunday, July 13, 9:27 a.m., caller stated
there was a large white Pit Bull running loose
in her yard and had attacked her chained Pit
Bull. She stated that Animal Control needed
to respond quickly or she would shoot the
animal. Animal Control requested assistance
with an aggressive dog.
•Monday, July 14,5:09 p.m., caller report-
ed a small stray injured dog at the pharmacy.
