Aged, blind, and disabled Texans will be the recipients of a
new health care program designed to bring medical and social
services to the homes of eligible -.ents. The guidelines for
the program are included in the proposed rules of the Depart-
ment of Public Welfare.
Other rules proposed in this issue are those of the Peer Review
and Grievance Committee of the Board of Dental Examiners,
which specify the counties comprised by each Area Commit-
tee in Texas and outline procedures for handling disputes be-
tween dentists and their patients. The issue also includes pro-
cedural rules proposed by the Texas Air Control Board.
The Advisory Council for lechnical-Vocational Education is
conducting a series of impact conferences across the state to
evaluate local vocational needs and programs. The schedule
for those conferences is published in the In Addition" section
of this issue.
