Pair of Country Kids", is in pro-
gress. r
Dorothy Grizzle and Richard
Sudduth were princess and

West Texas State king and
queen.,
The seniors are excited con-
cerning going to. Eureka Springs,
Ark., for the senior trip. We
..should-have a wonderful time.
Yo-yo's are really in evidence
at school frdm the 1st to 12th
grades. An extra large one is
owned by Thomas Berry, or is
it Eph Fowler. —
Everyone is relieved that the
six weeks' tests are over: But
some of those report cards! I'll
bet all the report cards given out
weren't shown to parents.
Ali the F.H.A. girls attending
the meeting at Levelland Sat-

It's time to take a deep breath
and ^relax once^ again. Another
six weeks has slipped up on us
and passed without warning.
Six "weeks tests were over with
in a flash without our hardly
realizing it. If this keeps up,
school days will be over in no
time.
Well, its time to start adver-
tising the Magician Slf?SW again.
This show was scheduled for a
month ago, but because of bad
weather, it1 had Jo be postponed.
This time it is scheduled for
Tuesday, March 13, at 8 p. m.
Tickets are being sold by the
members of the Junior class. The
prices are 25 cents for children
and 50 cents for adults. The pub-
lic is very cordially invited to
attend,
We are proud of one member
of our class, John Davis, who
was elected as a representative
of the Student, Council by. the
entire votes of the high school.
John is the president of our
class as well as a very active
Iherhber. He is very dependable
for doing any duty he is called
upon to rtn for thp class, and he
usually does a fine job of it, too.
John has also been'given a part
in the junior play since last
wee_k. He has replaced—Buster
Brown as Mr. Haviland, a man
of fifty, tall, gray and dignified.
