The first quarterly conference for Kickapoo Circuit, Palestine District,
East Texas Conference, met at Kickapoo January 29, 1859. The Conference was
opened by singing and prayer by J. B. Tullis and on motion J. F. Ayres was
nominated and elected Secretary. Members present:
