Answer: Received, none. Expelled, two.

Answer: A committee was appointed to select a site and take steps to

On motion the Conference adjourned to meet Monday morning.
Monday morning, June 27, 1859, the Conference met pursuant to adjourmnent
and was opened by singing and prayer by J. B. Tullis. The minutes of Saturday
were read. corrected and approved. Members preent were:

A. Young, P. C. John Miller, C. L.
S. Herbough, L. D. W. Meacham, C, L.
A. A. Templeton, L. P. Joel Fain, C. L.
J. C. Freeman, L. P. A. Kellough, C. L.
The appeal case under consideration on Saturday was then called up. A
copy of the communication referred to in specification first was then read.
The second specification was then read: 1st, imprudent conduct. See second
communication marked B. The testimony was then read, filed and marked IA 2B.
A motion was then made by Bro, Young and seconded by Bro. Meacham to
confirm the decision of the committee which was carried by a majority.
Question 13: Are there any references?
Answer: Yes, one by Bro. Young P.C. in the case of P. W. McElyea who was
tried and expelled by a committee of the members of the Society
at Fains Chapel asking for a new trial, which was lost.
Minutes read and approved and the Conference adjourned with the Benediction.
