The first image (numbered P-14) is of a large concrete spillway with concrete structures on either side. The second image (numbered P-17) is of a concrete spillway with the framework of a bridge at the top. Handwritten text on the images identify them as: (top) "Garza Dam Spillway Looking South, Concrete Plant" taken on 08-21-25, and (bottom) "Garza Dam Spillway Looking North Showing Progress on Erection of Spillway Bridge" taken on 10-21-25.
