Upon due hearing before
S.C., any college sponsor-
ed club determined by a
majority of the Student
Council to have participat-
ed i n, o r performed as a
club, in proceedings de-
trimental to the welfare of
the student association,
shall be denied the facili-
ties of the college for a
period to be determined by
the Student Council. Sub-
sequent detrimental pro-
ceedings shall constitute
grounds for disbandment
by the Dean of Student
Life.
Interclub Council M e m-
bership—
The I.C. shall consist of
an executive and legisla-
tive department.

a. For performing the
above duties he shall re-
ceive a monthly fee which
shall help defray ex-
penses occuring in his
term of office. The fee
shall be on the same
basis as the regular stu-
dent assistants and it
shall come from the stu-
dent fund.
