Fatal Fire in a Tenement House.
Cincinnati, ()., Oct. 9.—Fire
broke out shortly alter midnight
to night in a four-story tenement
house at Sixth and Smith streets.
The flames spread so rapidly that
the rescue of all the inmates was
impossible.
Bell County Fair.
Belton, Tex., Oct. 8—Gov.
Culberson opened the Bell county
