But when we fail to see the oppor-
tunity lying at our door in the home town
man who starts in a small way to build
something and who has every dollar he

very encouraging for him to find that the
very citizens who talk about big things
coming, and who would gladly welcome
such big things, will not consider his ap-
peal to them for some of their business in
order that he may be able to stay in the
field and serve Denison and build a busi-
ness that will mean more permanent
things and larger payrolls and moro
goods sold and general prosperity.
Factories and industries ami general
community prosperity is not something
that is going to be brought to us on a
platter by outside capital. It is some*
thing that grow, from within and is real-
ized by aiding all local projects to grow

ment of Agriculture intends to
see that every possible step is
