NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF CRAYSON.
WHEREAS on tin- 5th day of
September A. I)., 11151, The State
of Texas and County of Grayson
Plaintiff and impleaded interven-
ing Taxing Unils recovered a
judgment in the District Court of
Grayson County (for the 15th Ju-
dicial District of Texas) No. 58,
9S3 on the docket of said Court,
against T. F. Shelley for the ag-
gregate sum of Forty Nine and
57/100 Dollars for delinquent
taxes, interest, penalties and ac-
crued costs on the same, with in-
terest on said sum at the rate of
Ci% per annum from date of judg-
ment together with all costs of
suit. Said judgment directs that
a foreclosure of plaintiff’s lien to-
gether with lien of the taxing un-
its which were parties to this suit
and established their claims there
to for the amount of said taxes,
interest, penalties and accrued
costs as apportioned to each tract
and/or lots of land as described in
said order of sale.
By virtue of an order of sale,
issued by the Clerk of the Dis-
trict Court of Grayson County,
Texas, on the 1st day of -Octo-
ber 1951, as directed by the terms
of said judgment.
As Sheriff of said Grayson
County, I have seized, levied up-
on and will, on the first Tuesday
in November, 1951, same being
the (ith da.y of November, 1951,
at the courthouse door of said

coccus germs are likely to be pre-
disposing factors in the appear
|ance of rheumatic fever.
According to Dr. Cox the best,
safeguards against this disease
are to have each child and adult
examined at least once a year by
physician, to have the right
kind of foods for an adequate diet
and to have plenty of rest, when
the disease is suspected of being
present, a doctor should be con-
sulted at once.

to a stake about 40 ft. East of

of land set apart to Martina Bar-
ron in a certain partition suit in
the Dist Court of Grayson County,
Texas, on the 17th day of Novem-
ber 18HO, the style of said suit be-
ing Mattie E. Eubank et al vs.
Sarah Martin, No. 5480, a copy of
which is recorded in Vol. 69, page
464-5-6-7 and 9, Grayson County
Records, to the place of beginning,
containing 10/j acres of land.

children aged ten to fourteen, and
is second only to tuberculosis at
ages 15 to 25. Despite the im-
portance of this disease, its cause
and spread is not completely es-
tablished. No vaccine such a.s
those that prevent typhoid fever,
diphtheria, smallpox and whooping
cough has yet been developed, for
its prevention and control. We do
know, however, some of the dan-
ger signals and with the physi-
cian’^ accurate diagnosis some of
the damaging results of the dis-
