"iMerle Heryford, has been elected President of the Dallas Amateur base-
ball Association for the 1958 season. Therefore, Merle Heryford, Presi-
dent of the Dallas Amateur Baseball Association of Dallas, is hereby
designated as the officer of that Association whose signature on vouchers
and payrolls will indicate to the City Auditor that the disbursements
covered by such vouchers and payrolls are proper and that the Association
nereby approves the signature of Merle heryford and approval by the Direc-
tor of Parks being all of the authority that will be required for dis-
uursing any and all funds belonging to the Association.

Subject: Signature on vouchers and payrolls
for the American Legion Junior Baseball Assn.
"Mr. bill Cooper has been appointed Chairman of the Baseball Coraittee
in the American Legion Junior Baseball Association for the 1958 season.
Therefore, Mr. Bill Cooper, Chairman Baseball Committee in the American
Legion Junior Baseball Association of Dallas is hereby designated as the
officer of that Association whose signature on vouchers and payrolls will
indicate to the City Auditor that the disbursements covered by such
vouchers and payrolls are proper and the American Legion Junior Baseball
Association hereby approves the signature of Mr. Bill Cooper and approval
by the Director of Parks being all of the authority required for dis-
bursing any and all funds belonging to the Urganization.
