Ingredients: 1 three-o u n c e
package cream cheese, 1/2' cop
firmly packed Roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon light cream, 1/4
teaspoon Worchestershsire sauce
White celery, paprika.
Method: Have creafri cheese and
Roquefort cheese at room tern
perature; beat together well with
a spoon; force through a small
fine-mashed strainer. Beat in
cream and Worcestershire sauce
witfi spoon. Wash and thoroughly
dry celery stalks with a tea towel.
Fill stalks vAth cheese mixtures;
