'Majority* To Europe
NEW YORK (AP) — Broad-
way’s hit comedy “A Majority erf
One” is set for extensive Euro-
pean production.
Playwright Leonard Spigelgass
has completed arrangements for
presentation of the play by six
companies in Germany, to open

CO-STAR IN DRAMA
Lee J. Cobb and Carol Thurston co-star in “Trial at
Devil’s Canyon,” the “Desilu Playhouse” drama to be
rebroadcast tomorrow evening on CBS-TV. In this tele-
cast Cobb plays an Arizona Territory sheriff whose
unorthodox actions, when an Army payroll stagecoach
is held up, arouse the anger of an Army lieutenant and
the hostility of a town. Miss Thurston portrays a hotel
proprietress who remains loyal to the sheriff, and Skip
Homeier is the hot-tempered officer.
Panelists Sam Levenson, Audrey Meadows, Lee Bow-
man and Faye Emerson test their imagination and judg-
ment every Thursday (9:30 p.m., Orange time) when
they try to establish the identity of masked and cos-
tumed guests on the “Masquerade Party” colorcasts
on the NBC-TV Network.
