Drawing fish and game lovers from
throughout South Texas is a menu that
will include hors d’oeuvres of u-peel-
em shrimp and oysters, and a main
'Course featuring crawfish, venison,
wild hog, Cajun fried turkey, smoked
turkey, fried shrimp, fried oysters,
potato salad, pinto beans and sliced
tomatoes.
Cocktails from a cash bar and hors
d'oeuvres will kickoff the dinner at 6
pro. Then, at7 p.m., the main course,
including tea or coffee, will be served.
A highlight of the dinner will be a
Chinese auction for items donated by
merchants and individuals.
Proceeds from the dinner will be
used for the Chamber's scholarship
fund as well as for office expansion
and equipment. The Chamber will, for
the first time this spring, present a
scholarship toa senior graduating from
Port Aransas High School. Members
had the option of donating to the fund
when they renewed their membership,
and the hind will be enhanced with
proceeds from the Fish and Game Din-
ner.
