Bank Records Corroborate.
Boise. Idaho, June 20.—-It was
staled tonight that the prosecution
bail received a telegram from Denver,
showing that the date and draft for
$100 sent by William D. Haywood to
Jack Simpkins was February 21. 1905
Orchard testified that when Simpkins
left Caldwell after the failure of the
first attempt on the life of Stennen-
berg he asked him to get $100 for
him. The unsigned letter which Or-
chard got at Caldwell after his arrest
and which he said was written by
George Petttbone, one of the co-de-
fendants, informed him that "that”
had been sent to "Jack” on Decem-
ber 21, 1905, and that he should have
leecived It.
The stale produced the drafts sent
by Haywood to Simpkins and among
them was one for $100 sent on the
same date In the 20s of December,
1905, but the particular day could
not be made out because the second
figure had been cut out by the perfo-
rator used on the draft.
Detectives were detailed to further
trace the $100 draft and the telegram
from Denver today states that ihe
hank records show that December 21
was Ihe date of issue. The testimony
involved Is of such importance that
the state may delay closing Its case
before it can produce it, or it may
close with the reservation that it he
permitted to make later proof of the
matter.

The first three, disguised as cab-

imilce were early aware that they
were plotting anil an agent of the
secret police, assisted by foreign de-
tectives, watched the railroad station
for several weeks before the Terror-
ists became alarmed and disappear-

Later they returned disguised as
street vendors, but were recognized
and arrested. Perlkaloff was taken
into custody at the house of General
Min, where he presented a card bear-
ing the name of Prince Drtusoki Saka
Husky, a well known member of a
noble family . His manner aroysed
suspicion and he was arrested and
found to he armed with a dagger and
