there is considerable grounds for the
complaint. The streets and alleys ol
the city are common property and no
one can obtain a right, exclusive in its
nature, to any part of them. Despite
this fact a pleasant fishing resort and
hunting pond has been given exclu-
sively to Mr. Joe Irvin and to-day he
has been enjoying the exquisite pleas-,
urc of trot-line and hand-polo fishing
on its salubrious banks. lie has cVen
posted the pond and continually re-
fuses to allow any one the pleasure of
a,boat ride or oven an alligator hunt,

Beal cancer is a very rare disease,
and is totally incurable by either knife
°" plaster. My advice to’ ail who has
, any growth suspected to be cauccroks
it0 commence at once thoroughly <
stitutional treatment. I know La-cu-

! purpose ever invented. Great numbers
| have used it after they bad been treat-
ed years for cancer by the regular
surgeon and cancer specialists, and
found, to their supprisc and joy, that -
thorough costitutional treatment was
all they needed. Thc reputation that
La-cu-pi-a enjoys to-day as a eancer
cure is, i biiicve, entirely due to the
large number of supposed cancers
which are really some blood disease, d
I earnestly advise aay one so afflicted,
no matter how hopeless you may con-
sider yourself, to give La-cu-pi-a a
thorough trial. If, after a faithfhl use
