It seems like Penelope will
never get the streets and ditches
fixed and cleaned out. Work was
started on the street going to
the school house. There has
been so many big holes in it.
They did get it graded and
ready for gravel and it rained
again. It has rained every week
or so in Penelope since Novem-
ber. So if every one will be pa-
tient all this work will be done
eventually. The farmers are in
the same fix. So let us all pray
for dry weather and we can get
all these things done.
