Dccla _d a Dividend.
At the semi-anuual meeting of
the directors ot the Orange Na-
tioual Bank, held a few days
ago, a serai—annual dividend ot
tive per cent was declared, the
affairs of the bank being found
in splendid condition, with the
business constantly increasing.
This is the tiist semi—annual
dividend that has been declared
by the Bank since its organiza-
tion, though an annual dividend
has been declared each year,
and the fact that the Bank was
able to declare a semi—annual
dividend this year reflects the
greatesc credit upon the mana-
gement ot the cashier, Mr H. B.
Jackson, and the other officers
of the bank. Dividend checks
have been mailed out to all the
stockholders.
