The Port Aransas Public Library’s Book Sale was a hit last weekend. Here volunteers and
buyers look over the last few books that had earlier filled the Civic Center. With prices as
low as 25-cents each, about $1,000 was raised from the sale. Looking over the books are,
from left, chairman Jacque Borders, shoppers Bonnie Mulloney and Helen Southern, and
assistant chairman JoAnne Kroll.
