Thursday morning after an 111-
neis of only a few day*. She
had lived in the Sodv!He com-
munity since 1907.
Mr*. Sander* we* horn In
Grandview »nd attended Mary
Hardin-Hay lor Coitoge at Hel-
ton. She was married to E. O.
Sander* in Johnson County ond
they lived ttieri* until coming
to SoctvilU? in 1907. II* was a
farmer ,<r.ii after hss death in
1937 Mr*. Sanders continued the
farm operations until the next
year. Site c«itinned to live at
Sodville after rat:ring and «er-
ved as organist for tl»e SodvtUe
Baptist Church up until her
death. She had been a member
«( that church for many years.
Funeral service* were held at
the First Baptist Church Satur-
day afternoon with Use Rev F.
M. Berry of Sinton and the Rev.
Abe Devi* of Sodvii'e officiat-
ing. Buriat followed in the Taft
Cemetery tinder the direction of
the Cage-Marts Funeral Home
Pallbearer* were James Vick-
ers, R. B. Sander* and Walker
Sanders of 'Taft. Roe Sanders,
Jr., Billy Sanders and Biity
Roiison of Sinton. Leroy San-
ders of Beaumont and David
Sunders of Houston.
Survivors include one son.

sisters, Mrs. Ella West of Sin-
ton and Mrs. Edgar Whitten of
Bishop; one brother, Tom Har-
rell of Bishop; ten grandt-htl-
