Texas Community
Development Program
The City of West has sched-
uled a second public hearing at
5:30 p.m., on March 27,1906, at
the West City Hall in the City
Council Room, to discuss the
submission of an application to
the Texas Department of Hous-
ing and Community Affairs foi
a Texas Community Develop-
ment Program (TDCP) grant.
Topics to be discussed will in-
clude the application for a Hous-
ing Rehabilitation Grant Pro-
gram. The proposed application
is available for review at the
City Hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
The City encourages Indi-
vidual citizens and citizen's
groups to attend this hearing
and make their views known.
General Information on the
Texas Community Devlopment
Program will be available at this
meeting. Comments on housing
and community development
needs may be delivered to City
Hall at any time prior to the
second public hearing.
The City will make a decision
on the amount of ftinds to be
requested and the proposed
projects at their next City Coun-
cil meeting at the City Hall on
April 2,1996. Individuals with
disabilities who require special
assistance should contact the
City Hall to arrange for such
assistance at least 72 hours prior
to the hearing.
