That Plaintiff has been a bona
fide resident of the State of Texas
for twelve months and of Mata-
gorda County for six months next
before the filing of this suit; that
Plaintiff and Defendant were law-
fully married on or about May 23,
1967, and continued to live together
as husband amd wife until on or
about August 1967, at which time
Plaintiff and Defendant separated
and since that time have not lived
together as husband and wife.
There were no children born of said
marriage.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays
that Defendant be cited to appear
and answer this petition, that oil
final hearing Plaintiff have judg-
ment of divorce, and for such other
and further relief as the Court may
deem proper.
If this Citation is not served
within 90 days after the date of its
issuance, it shall be returned un-
