SHARP'S PATENT
Revolviug Hammer Pistol.
rPHF. undersigned having been appoieted SOLE AGENT
_L for the sale of those UNRIVALLED WEAPONS, is pre-
pared to furnish them in any quantity, wholesale or retail,
at man u/acturePs prices. This Pistol, for simplicity of
loading and capping, and rapidity of discharging, combined
with power and precision of shooting, surpasses, by far, any
other Pistol now in use. A thorokgh examination, by the
public, is invited to substantiate the above assertions.
JOSEPH HUFTY,

SHARP’S PATENT
Breecn Loading Rifle.
EXPERIENCE has demonstrated that this weapon stands
lj at the top of the list for Accuracy, Ejectirairs* aud
Practical ArnHahUiiy. For the Sportsman’s use, it can-
not be approached. It is simple in all its parts ; safe to the
holder; deadly to the enemy or the object aimed at.
For self defence, it is admirable. It can be loaded and
discharged TWENTY TIMES IN EIGHTY SECONDS.
Its range is so great and its result so sure, that it is the
Best and Most Reliable Protector any man can have,
in a single fight, in a-pitched battle, or a skirmish.
NO MAGAZINE OF EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL
IS ATTACHED TO THIS WEAPON.
The gage fits so tight that the Ritie may be exploded in a
rain storm, or may be dropped into water and then explo-
ded. Will carry round balls, conical balls or Minie bails,
buck shot or bird shot.
Sharp’s Primer, the Common Pkrccssios Caps or Pow-
der, may be used for priming. The Ride is so strong iu all
its parts, that the roughest usage endangers nothing—so
simple that the rudest mechanic can readily understand it
—and if by any chance any part should be broken or lost,
as all the parts interchange, extra pieces can be furnished
to order to re|>air damages. No Spjrtsman should be with-
out this genu.ne sorting tool of the first class.
It has not hitherto been understood that this Rifle and
any of the productions of the SHARP RIFLE MANUFAC-
TURING COMPANY can be bought at the office of the
Company in this city at Manufacturer’s prices—in quanti-
ties, as wanted. Enquire of JOS. HUFTY,
No. 2b Camp street.
A gentle hint ought to be sufficient, for any man who
prizes his life, liberty or property. Feblff-ly
