adorned with garlands of
similax and ribbon.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride paused as she
proceeded down the aisle to
present her mother with a
yellow rose. The bride wore a
formal candlelight wedding
gown of sata peau featuring a
portrait neckline outlined in
seed pearls. Candlelight re-
embroidered and pearled lace
covered the bodice and was
repeated in the lantern sleeves
and court train. A wide band of
re-embroidered and pearled
candlelight lace edged the full
skirt which was offset with a
flounce of sata peau.
The bride's formal length veil
of imported candlelight illusion
was edged in matching re-
embroidered and pearled lace
and was held by a jeweled tiara.
The bride carried an ivory fur
muff centered with spice
glamellias, gypsophilia, lily of
the valley, chrysanthemums
and lemon leaf entwined with
pearl strands.
For something old she wore a
pearl necklace given to her by
her sister Mrs. Ronald Chmiel-
ewski and for something new
she wore her wedding gown.
For something borrowed she
carried an embroidered hand-
kerchief from Germany which

long-sleeved bolero jackets
were edged in ruffled ivory
lace. Clusters of spice velvet
flower petals and ribbons
formed their headpieces and
they wore gold necklaces which
were gifts from the bride.
The attendants carried cres-
cent-shaped bouquets fashion-
ed of bronze, yellow, and white
chrysanthemums and gypso-
philia. Long ivory and spice
streamers and English ivy
completed the ensemble.
The groom wore an ivory
formal tuxedo trimmed in
brown velvet with an all-ivory
ruffled shirt and brown velvet
accessories. His boutonniere
consisted of spice chrystanthe-
mums against lemon leaf.

bride presented the groom’s
mother with a yellow rose.

shimmering moss green formal
A-line gown with a long-sleeved
cardigan jacket of matching

The hall was decorated with
white, spice, and brown
streamers centered with white
wedding bells.
The cake table was covered
with an ivory-lace edged cloth
garlanded with similax swags.
