Release of vendor's lien from Allie H. Bonnell to E. B. Davis from which the original lien conveyed to him real estate in Kerr County in the "L. A. Wyatt addition to the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas, and known as lots Nos. 9 and 11." The original vendor's lien was to secure the payment of $3,500 and E. B.
