It’s an old story about the (el-
low standing ou a busy street cor-
ner trying to give away money;
it’s an old story about skeptical
passers-by generally turning clown
the cash.
Yet this story applies, in effect,
to a Texan, who ha* been trying
hard, and with only meager suc-
cess, to give away substantial
sums annually, for a cause. His
name is Frank M Wood of Wich-
ita Falls.
