Quarterly Dividend.
Remains Unchanged
FORT WORTH - The Board of Di-
rectors of TNP Enterprises, Inc., re-
cently announced quarterly dividends
of 22 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend level remains unchanged
from the first quarter of 1996.
Quarterly dividends will be paid on
June 15 to shareholders of record on
May 22.
TNP Enterprises, Inc., is a Fort
Worth-based holding company whose
wholly-owned subsidiary, Texas-New
Mexico Power Company, provides elec-
tric service to more than 213,000 cus-
tomers in 84 towns and cities in Texas
and New Mexico.

Fish Orders Are
Being Accepted
MERIDIAN — Pond owners who
would like to stock fish this spring are
advised that the Bosque Soil and Wa-
ter Conservation District is now accept-
ing orders for fish to be delivered on
Friday, June 7, according to Phillip
Munden of Morgan, chairman of the
Bosque Soil and Water Conservation
District.
“Orders can be placed for channel
catfish, blue catfish, bass, bluegill, re-
dear, hybrid bluegill, grass carp, and
fathead minnows,” said Munden. ‘The
orders can be placed at the Natural
Resources Conservation Service office
in Meridian.”

der for fish and for assistance in deter-
mining stocking needs, contact the
Natural Resources Conservation Service
at 102 South Fuller, or call (817) 435-
2202.
