The woman (facing away from the camera) is wearing slippers and is strapped to the gurney sitting up. One of paramedics is standing at the head of the gurney, another is standing on the left side (on the other side of the gurney) of the woman, and the other paramedic is holding onto the foot of the gurney (most of his body is obscured by the wall of a brick building. There is a large metal unit, and a grassy area with trees. There is a label on the back of the photograph with the photo's title and date.
