cucumbers fifty to the gallon and the vegteabie in
each shall weigh fifty-seven pounii and they only
be paid for; ;and each cask shall then be hilled
with white wine vinegar of at leaat 42 degrees of
strength and equal to French vinogar; the casks
vegetables and vinegar t-hall conform and be
equal iu all respects to tbe samples deposited at
the above-named navy-yards and the contractors
shall warrant and guaranty that they will keep
good and sound for at least two years.

tion precincts of their respective counties on the
day aud at the time of the election of Representa-
tives to the Legislature to w it : Monday the 3rd day
of August 1857 to take the vote upon said propos-
ed amendment to the Constitutiou of all those
who vote for Representatives the vote may be ex- j
pressed thus "For the amendment to the (..(insti-
tution'' or "Against the amendment to tho Con-
stitution." as the voter wishes and to make re-
turns of said election giving the nauis of tbosn
voting for Rrpresentatives who have voted on
said proposed amendment to tbe Secretary oi
State at Austin end endorsed election returns
