Shaky Repayment
Then there was the guy who
was so tight with his money he
came up with an amazing
scheme: He was in a liquor store
with a friend when a robbery
began to take place. "Here, ” he
said to his friend as the robbers
were taking wallets from all the
customers, “take the $25 I owe
you before these guys get to us! ”

CARDOFTHANKS
I would like to thank my
children and my many friends
for their calls, visits and other
acts of kindness too numerous
to mention shown me during
my recent stay in the hospital
due to an accident to my hand. I
especially want to thank the
staff and nurses at Silsbee

wonderful to me. Also a special
thanks to Dr. Respess, who
worked so hard to save my
finger.
