HELP!"
"Hi, I’m Howard Munden.Doctorof Chiropractic.
Did you know that to become certified as a
chiropractor requires a minimum of six years of
specialized college training? In addition, I have completed
courses in Activator Methods, Kinesiology (musle testing), Gonstead
adjusting, Spinal Diagnosis (analysis), and advanced x-ray inter-
pretation, and am presently enrolled in Postgraduate studies in Orthopedics and
Neurology leading to Board Certification. I have been practicing in Silsbee for twenty-one
years. Even now I devote four days monthly attending a nationwide seminar in Atlanta,
Georgia, to stay current on the latest advances in this rapidly changing field. If you have
hesitated visiting a chiropractor, perhaps you didn't know they go to such great lengths to
provide you with the latest advances and most qualified service.
Chiropractic has brought relief to millions of people suffering from:
BACK PAIN HIP PAIN SHOULDER PAIN
HEADACHES NECK PAIN ARM/LEG PAIN
If you’re suffering from any of these symptoms of a pinched nerve, or of
some other condition that chiropractic might help, call my office today.

FAILING GRADES CAN MEAN
FAILING STUDENTS!
Dear Silsbee ISD Parents:
Last summer's Education Reform Bill prohibits social
promotion. To be promoted from one grade to the next, or
to receive High School credits, a student must have an
average of 70 or more. If you have a child who is failing one
or more subjects, please recognize the possibility that this
child might fail the entire grade, or lose High School credits
needed for graduation. ^ '
A tutoring program is being offered by our school district,
but few students are taking advantage of this service.
(Some High School students are signing up, but not coming.)
Although attendance at tutoring sessions does not guaran-
tee passing grades, i^ would improve the chances.
The tutoring schedule is listed below. We urge you to con-
sider making use of this free program, especially If for some
reason your are not able to work with your child at home.
Sincerely,
Silsbee PTA Executive Comm.
