Rains County has completed
the acqulrition of right-of-way
for the proposed FM Highway
extending from FM 35 to US
69 at the Rains School. The
final tract was secured by con-
demnation proceedings against
Maurita Da-ris Alexander.
The protect will be let for
cons ruction on May 21, 1975.
It Is anticipated that the high-
way will be open for public
