A Lazy Liver.
A torpid, inactive liver can produce
more bodily ills than almost any thing
else. It is good to clean the system out
occasionally. Stir the liver up, and get
into shape generally. The best results
are derived from the use of DeWitt’s
Little Haris Risers. Ratable, effective,
pleasant pills w th a reputation. Never
gripe. Sold by Burrgll & Skaggs.
Woody Browning of the Peo-
ples National Bank is home from
San Antonio, where he has been
attending the meeting of the

A Good Complexion.
A good complexion is impossible with
the stomach out of order. If pasty sal-
low people would pay more attention to
their stomachs and less to the skin on
their faces; they would have better com
plexions. KODOL FOR DYSPEPSIA
will digest what you eat and put your
stomach back in right shape to do its
own work. Kodol relieves palpitaton
of the heart, flatulence, sour stomach,
heartburn, etc. Sold by Burrell&Skaggs
Miss Mattie Jones and Miss
Smith, of Sage, were among the
visitors to the city this week.
Not It As Rich As Rockefeller.
If you had all the wealth of Rocke-
feller, the Standard oil magnate, you
could not buy a better medicine for
bowel complaints than Chamberlain’s
Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy.
The most eminent physician can not
prescribe a better preparation for colic
and diarrhoea, both for children and
adults The uniform success of this
remedy has shown it to be superior to
all others. It never fails, and when
reduced with water and sweetened, is
pleasant to take. Every family should
be supplied with it. Sold by all drug-
gists.

The Plain Plucker.
If a burn or a bruise afflicts you,
rub it on, rub it on;
Then before you scarcely know it
all the trouble will be gone.
For an aching joint or muscle do the
same;
It extracts pains and poisons, plucks
the stings and heals the lame.
Hunt’s Lightning Oil does it.

The man who labors and toils
owes it to himself to buy a home.
At the rate land is advancing and
building material is going up, in
a few years these things will be
beyond the reach of the man who
must earn every dollar he spends.
A homeless nation does not en-
joy the fruits of its labor. The
man on the prairie and the man
in town should secure a home
and each year pay for it from his
labors. - Home building should
be one of our watchwords for
corporate greed and avarice,
the soulless and insatiate power,
can not destroy a people who
own their own homes and hold
their heritage sacred.—George-
town Commercial.
Have you xllakness of any kind—
stomach, back, or any organs of the
body? Don’t dope yourself with ordi-

of all comfort, according to his letter,
which says: “For 20 years I had chronic

vere case of jaundice that even my fin-
ger nails turned yellow; when my doc-
tor prescribed Electric Bitters, which
