Court of Panola County at the Court j
House thereof, In Carthage, Texan,
at or before 10 o'clock A. M. of the
first Monday next after the expira-
tion of forty-two days from the date
of the issuance of this citation, same
beiug the 3rd day gt May A. D. 1943,
then and there to answer Plaintiff’s
Petition filed in said Court, on the
20tb day of March A. D. 1943, in this
cause, numbered A-2879 on the docket
of said cqurt and styled Glenn Low-
ery Plalnlff, vs. Hattie Lowery De
fendent.
The whereabouts of Defendant are
unknown and a brief statement of
the nature of this BUit is as follows,
to-wlt: Suit for Divorce. Plaintiff al-
leges that he and Defendant were
marr led on or ahoyt the 4th day
of June. 1927, and lived together until
about Junt 4th, 1939, since which
time they have not lived together,
and that »Defendant permanently
abandoned this Plaintiff on said date
of June 4th, 1939, That there was
born to them one child, a boy. James
Lowery, fourteen years old.
WHEREFORE. Plaintiff prays for
a Divorce from Defendant as is more
fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on
file In this suit.
The officer executing this process
shall promptly execute the same ac-
cording to law, and make due re-
turn as the law directs.
