Only Two Accidents
During Jubilee;
Youths Arrested
Only two minor traffic accidents,
involving no injuries, occurred here
durin* the July Jubilee.
Police Chief Dorman Gibb* said
he thought Brady was very for-
tunate in view of the high accident
and death rate over the state and
nation during the holidays.
Gibb* reported 19 arrests here
for illegal possession of liquor by
minors, five arrests for drunk-
cness, and T9 traffic violations.
After giving 17 tickets at last
year’s Jubilee parade for persons
hacking in around the square, the
police department gave only om>
ticket this year.
"We want to thank everybody
for the cooperation during the
Jubilee.” Gibbs said.
