Mr and Mrs L. D Cavitt,
who live 21 miles north of
the city on Farm Road 1069,
observed their sixty-sixth
wedding anniversary last
week
They were married in the
First Baptist Church in Fair-
view, Texas Before moving
here in 1913, Mr and Mrs
Cavitt resided in Medina and
Mason counties They have
resided here since 1913 ex-
cept for a few years they
lived on a ranch near San
Marcos
The couple ha? three child-
ren, C H Cavitt and Mrs
Harry Ayers, both of this
city, and Mrs. J H Robinson
of Edna They have ten
grandchildren and ten great-
grandchildren
Because of the >11 health of
both Mr and Mrs Cavitt no
celebration was planned A
quiet day was spent with
family and close friends vis-
iting with the couple

Held At Church
Circle, No 2, of the Pres-
byterian Church met at the
home of Mrs A H. Moore,
on Tuesday afternoon, De-
cember 1 Twelve members
and two visitors were pres-
ent.
The prayer group list was
