[Sheriff's Deed from John W. Vann to George M. Taylor]

Description: Deed prepared in accordance with the decision in favor of George M. Taylor vs. J. P. Campbell with the decision coming down on April 3, 1900 and a Decree of Sale "commanding [John Vann] to seize and sell the premises described in said Order of Sale." [Tax Documents from 1898, 1899, and 1900]

Description: Four tax documents from Kerr County, two of which are dated January 31, 1899 and the other two are dated January 31, 1900. Two of the documents were sent to George L. Leigh and two were sent to Edward B. Leigh; each document states the amount of taxes and the value for property that was assessed. The fifth document was sent to George L. [Two Drafts of a Memorandum of Contract Between Three Couples and Richard Nowlin]

Description: Memorandum of contract between Mr. and Mrs. Bonnell, Mr. and Mrs. Dickey, and Mr. and Mrs. Liljegren of the first party, and Richard and R. W. Nowlin of the second. The members of the first party "agree to sell and convey unto Richard and R. W. Nowlin the following real estate situated in Kerr County, Texas" including 500 acres from the James E. Bettner survey; in return, Nowlin will pay "twenty four dollars per acre" with one fourth being in cash and the remainder in three promissory notes.
